Custom commissions require a design consultation with Tanya. There is a £50 non-refundable fee for this service which is in addition to the cost of your jewellery. Examples of custom commissions include multicoloured backgrounds, rings with multiple stones, custom resin shapes and any other designs or decorations that are not offered as standard on our website.
Prior to purchasing your design consultation, you should engage in a preliminary discussion with our admin team. This will enable us to ensure your design idea is possible. You can contact the team here.
Once you've completed your consultation and your design and cost has been agreed, you will be issued an invoice via email. You can then complete your order as normal, using any of our accepted payment methods.
Your design consultation will be via email on the address you supply above. If you would prefer to be contacted on Facebook messenger, please contact us there once you've purchased your consultation.

We have an extensive range of options available as standard to customise your Milk Diamond. These have been carefully selected to minimise our turnaround time whilst giving our customers the freedom to be creative and choose a piece that reflects their personality.

Shipping Info
We ship worldwide to most destinations. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note: you are responsible for any taxes or import fees due on your order. As of July 2021, this includes EU countries.
Shipping is free on all UK orders. We use the following services
Orders under £60 - Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class
Orders £60 and over (and those containing remains) - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If your order was placed with 1st Class delivery, you can expect it to arrive within 1-2 working days. If your order was placed using Special Delivery it should arrive the following working day. Please leave 3 working days before contacting us about a missing item.
Please note, an adult will need to be home to sign for your package. It cannot be left in a safe place.
