Custom commissions require a design consultation with Tanya. There is a £50 non-refundable fee for this service which is in addition to the cost of your jewellery. Examples of custom commissions include multicoloured backgrounds, rings with multiple stones, custom resin shapes and any other designs or decorations that are not offered as standard on our website.

Prior to purchasing your design consultation, you should engage in a preliminary discussion with our admin team. This will enable us to ensure your design idea is possible. You can contact the team here.

Once you've completed your consultation and your design and cost has been agreed, you will be issued an invoice via email. You can then complete your order as normal, using any of our accepted payment methods.

Your design consultation will be via email on the address you supply above. If you would prefer to be contacted on Facebook messenger, please contact us there once you've purchased your consultation.

Materials and care

All of our silver jewellery is made using sterling silver. Gold rings are made using 14ct gold. Gold pendants are made using 9ct gold. Gold pieces are hallmarked and carry our unique makers mark.

Stones are made using jewellery grade resin. This requires a degree of care which you read more about here.

Shipping Information

We ship anywhere within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping fees are calculated on order total. We use the following services

Orders up to £30 - Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class £3.95

Orders over £30 (and those containing remains) - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ £7.95

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If your order was placed with 1st Class delivery, you can expect it to arrive within 1-2 working days. If your order was placed using Special Delivery it should arrive the following working day. Please leave 3 working days before contacting us about a missing item.

Please note, an adult will need to be home to sign for your package. It cannot be left in a safe place.
