We ship worldwide to most destinations. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note: you are responsible for any taxes or import fees due on your order. As of July 2021, this includes EU countries.

Shipping is free on all UK orders. We use the following services

Orders under £60 - Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class

Orders £60 and over (and those containing remains) - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If your order was placed with 1st Class delivery, you can expect it to arrive within 1-2 working days. If your order was placed using Special Delivery it should arrive the following working day. Please leave 3 working days before contacting us about a missing item.

Please note, an adult will need to be home to sign for your package. It cannot be left in a safe place.

As our items are bespoke, they are non-returnable unless faulty. You can view our returns policy here.

Resin requires some TLC to keep it looking it's best. We send a care sheet with your item, but you can also view that information here.
